Stand in front of a mirror and wear a non-padded bra. Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Round the measurement to the nearest whole number.

Stand in front of a mirror and wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your belly button. Keep the tape measure parallel to the ground and breathe. Round the measurement to the nearest whole number.
Measuring Your Hips:
Stand in front of a mirror and wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, usually around the hip bones. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground and stand with your feet together. Round the measurement to the nearest whole number.
